Fagan painted many local buildings in Saugatuck and Douglas. Some are almost photographic in execution. This home is located on the Southeast corner of Butler and Francis streets in Saugatuck. Fagan moved to Douglas around 1990 and worked in the area for several years before moving on. He was known for the television series, "Painting On Location," which aired on PBS throughout the country.
