Chequers was a Saugatuck restaurant styled like a British pub. The name refers to Chequers, the historic country house retreat for the United Kingdom's serving Prime Minister. The candle refers to the April 2005 wedding of (then) British heir apparent Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, and Camilla Parker Bowles.
