The Pavilion, built in 1909, is relatively new and stark and has the wide steps on the end of the building that were removed 4-5 years after construction. No flags are flying and no people are visible outside the building. A small steamship in moored the river. A wire fence can been seen in the foreground. The card was mailed to Mr. Robert Goodwin in Detroit.
