West Shore Golf Course signs

Two polychrome signs for hole 2 and 6 of the West Shore Golf Club. The signs have rounded corners and .5-wide, white border. The left portion of each sign displays the West Shore Golf Club logo in white. The central portion has a map of the hole with the green, rough, water features and hazards indicated in greens, blues and white. The right portion of the signs has text indicating the hole number, length, par and handicap data. The signs were sandblasted from 1.5-inch thick slabs of redwood.

The West Shore Golf Course, or it predecessors, was located at the northwest corner of Center and Ferry Streets since at least the 1930s. The site was approved for redevelopment as WestShore residential housing in 2012.
