Notes: The original house was built by Carl Hoerman in 1900 and later added on to and purchased by C.B. and Julia Hutchins who owned the lumber yard in Douglas. They were members of All Saints Church and provided the lumber for the Parish Hall during the war when lumber was hard to get. Their daughter, Nancy Ransom started the Campfire Girls in Saugatuck. Their son. C.B. Junior "Hutch" took over the lumber yard later. Status: OK Status By: Mary Voss Status Date: 2018-07-09
