The text at top reads "Saugatuck-Douglas Michigan" and the text at bottom reads "Antiques * Fish Galore." At the lower right are initials "CA" and "73" which may indicate the artist and year. Banner has a white tag marked with accession numbers 95-90-31 indicating it came into the SDHC collection in 1995.
