She is the woman who nursed all her pioneer neighbors. She went and spent the night nursing and took great Aunt Kate Moore and Grandma Desiah Van Housen Bird with her. When she returned she found her hosue burned to the ground and her husband and 3 sons with it. Her name was 'Galusha.' Elita Bird Graves
